Kathleen Walker has been writing about the American Southwest and Mexico for more than 30 years. She worked as a television reporter and producer before beginning her career as a freelance writer.
She is the author of the novel A Crucifixion in Mexico and the books San Xavier - The Spirit Endures and
San Juan Capistrano - A Place of Peace.
Kathleen holds a Bachelor's degree in Latin American History from the Universidad de las Americas in Mexico and a Master's in Corporate and Political Communications from Connecticut's Fairfield University.
She continues her morning walks with a dog by her side.
Award-winning artist Arlene Pedersen grew up on farm on the Canadian prairie and received an Honors Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Manitoba.
Arlene moved to Arizona in 2000 and began her creative exploration of desert images in large-scale paintings. In 2001, she founded the Pedersen Design Group. The company specializes in utilizing innovative graphic and web designs to turn the business visions of clients into reality.
Arlene lives in Tucson with her husband, two children and two very happy dogs.
